Background
Having travelled fairly extensivly throughout Africa and having experienced it's incredible beauty, I was lucky to be approached by Andrew Walton to further develop the AOT website and automation workflows.
I developed front-end filtering capabilities and quick inquiry pop-up actions to surface the range of tours and accommodation offerings while driving conversions to their live chat travel coordinators. I integrated ZoHo as a CRM and developing automation sequences for the inquiry and live availbility processes.
Features include Lead Capture Forms, Automatic Lead Filtering, multiple CMS collections.
